Refund Policy

1. Overview
TeacherPortfolio offers a one-time Pro Lifetime upgrade that unlocks additional portfolio features, including more experience entries, more projects, and the full evidence/document package.
2. Digital Service Access
Because TeacherPortfolio Pro is a digital service, access is delivered immediately after a successful payment when the payment system and account activation work as expected.
3. Refund Eligibility
We want users to feel confident and treated fairly. Refund requests may be considered when:
- You were charged but Pro access was not activated.
- You accidentally purchased Pro more than once.
- There was a technical issue that prevented you from using the paid features, and we could not resolve it within a reasonable time.
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase and have not substantially used the Pro features.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available when:
- Pro access was successfully activated and used.
- You used the Pro features to upload documents, add additional projects, or build a completed portfolio.
- You changed your mind after using the service.
- The issue is caused by incorrect information entered by the user and can be corrected in the editor.
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same TeacherPortfolio Pro Lifetime access, contact us and we will review the duplicate transaction. Confirmed duplicate payments may be refunded.
6. Failed Activation
If your payment succeeds but Pro access does not activate automatically, contact us with the email address used at checkout. We will review the payment and activate Pro access or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with:
- Your full name.
- The email address used for your TeacherPortfolio account.
- The email address used at Stripe checkout, if different.
- The date of purchase.
- A short explanation of the issue.

8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Opening a payment dispute before contacting support may delay resolution.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
