TeacherPortfolio Pro is a digital service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available and how users can request help.

1. Overview

TeacherPortfolio offers a one-time Pro Lifetime upgrade that unlocks additional portfolio features, including more experience entries, more projects, and the full evidence/document package.

Because TeacherPortfolio Pro is a digital service, access is delivered immediately after a successful payment when the payment system and account activation work as expected.
